ST. ANTONY’S CONVENT, ERODE

St. Antony’s Convent is established in the year 2000. Palayakottai is a remote area where our sisters are imparting education and Christian ethical values through the ministry of teaching. Village extension programmes and education facilities brought about transformation about life and lifestyle of the people. The English Medium Matriculation High School is functioning with the selfless service of 25 teaching and non-teaching staff members and more than 450 students are studying here in the school. The main thrust of the convent is to work among the poor, illiterate tribals of Tamil Nadu, to enhance their living standard, female literacy, and healthcare, which are least concerned.
